Downstream of Nevada Fall in Yosemite National Park is Vernal Fall, a large waterfall on the Merced River. The narrow mouth of the falls cascades into a vast lagoon, as does its namesake, the Vernal Fall Fountain. With two feathered onlookers, the Vernal Fall Fountain emits a streaming flow of water into a leaf-like cocoon.

Earthstone Studio Fountains are simple to install and to maintain. Each fountain is shipped in multiple pieces for easy on-site installation. Both a 110-volt electric pump and precut plastic tubing accompany the fountain. These will allow water to flow properly and re-circulate throughout the fountain.

All Earthstone Studio products are unique pieces - individually made and hand carved
from solid pieces of natural stone. As with any handmade item, one should expect slight
variations in the size and shape of each piece. Likewise, with all natural stones,
there will be subtle differences in color, granularity, and tone. In some cases,
tiny pits or fissures will be present that may look like cracks, but are not structural
defects. These unique differences between stones of the same type and color are caused
by the way in which these materials were formed eons ago and contribute immensely to
their natural beauty.
